Nike On My Mind

Growing up in Europe I had always been more of an “Adidas/Puma” kinda gal, but after meeting my hubby (American) he started his campaign to slowly but surely bring me on his Nike side. The idea of Nike for me (mind you Im talking about my long gone teenage/college years) was boring, un-trendy, too sporty/athletic look, whereas Adidas was the in thing to wear while I was living in London, I would splurge on their vintage tees, and sneakers and felt like I was basically oh so “cool”. 

Then of course came along Stella’s collection for Adidas, and how could you not fall for that? Such a divine combination of colors, material and comfort all created with the stylishly sporty ladies in mind. So as a good wife, I follow my hubby in most of his shopping sprees, and one of his favourite spots is Nike’s Outlet (Ah America how I love you for your grand Outlets), this weekend we ended up going to a Nike Outlet out in Rehoboth while enjoying a nice beach weekend, and what was meant to be his shopping spree, turned into my shopping spree, don’t you just love when that happens? Unexpected great finds were these lovely Nike shorts (that I never thought I could pull off, but still got them), and these cool Nike shoes! I chose to style my new gear with a By Corpus white tank, my new J.Crew necklace, BCBG spiked ring, Noir Jewelry bracelet, and my girly girl Zara sunnies.
